Besides the Location radio with it's channel list, the other channel group currently provided is the Emergency Service.
The Emergency Service has 9 open channels the main at
333.000 mhz FM plus eight (check table below), if you pick up a distress call you and your client should clear the main comms for other calls by switching to another frequency in the
333.009 - 333.099 mhz FM range, reserved for this purpose.
The
333.200 - 333.999 mhz FM range is reserved for the
STAR emergency coordination platform created and maintained by Quantum Jump Medical.
The
STAR platform answers Discord distress beacons (/333 command in the servers that have invited the STAR bot) and issues a channel on this frequency range and pings all orgs enlisted as rescue service providers, the responder will then join the radio channel while in transit to location. We advise against using this frequency range for your comms or risk interfering with rescue services. Add the
Star Bot or Join our discord to learn how to add your org to STAR.
ll unmentioned frequencies are open for personal use. Stay below 2000.000mhz (software limitation).
